Open Hearts Foster Care Program

children's homeOpen Hearts Family Services is a Ministry of the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home (founded 1908), focusing on foster care and other programs to benefit children and families in crisis. Launched in 2002, Open Hearts recruits and licenses foster homes for the placement of children in need of care. Open Hearts currently serves children and families in Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Hillsborough Counties — with the vision to expand across the State. Seminole Heights United Methodist Church is honored to work with and have the Tampa office of the Open Hearts Foster Care Program on-site (504 E. Paris Street).
