Pastor Tiffania currently serves at Glenn Memorial UMC and at the General Board of Global Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia.

She is committed to making disciples of all nations for the transformation of the world. She brings to the local church her love and commitment to serving Jesus Christ, her spiritual gifts of discernment, preaching, and teaching, and her experience in leadership development for equipping the laity to reach out with the love of God to the community. She is a dynamic and biblical preacher and teacher.

Pastor Tiffania grew up as a pastor’s kid in the Florida Annual Conference, and she has been involved in the church on a local, district, and conference level for several years. She answered God’s call to ordained ministry after a spiritual experience on the Walk to Emmaus. She spent three years as a missionary, first in Buenos Aires, Argentina, working with the World Student Christian Federation, Division of Latin America and the Caribbean. Pastor Tiffania then served in campus ministry at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri. She has experience in leadership development, small group ministries, and organizing outreach in the community. In 2015 she felt called to serve as a delegate to General and Jurisdictional Conference in order to be an active participant in the future of the church.

Pastor Tiffania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Latin American Studies from Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, and in May 2018 she will receive a Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. By the grace of God, Pastor Tiffania will be commissioned in June 2018 as a Provisional Elder in the Florida Annual Conference.

She is the daughter of Rev. Thomas Willetts and Rev. Lia Icaza-Willetts, both pastors in the Florida Conference. Her sister Isabel is a missionary in China.
